Dr. Mason's next appointment is with, a 57-year-old part-Native-Hawaiian female client who has the medical diagnoses of fibromyalgia, chronic pain syndrome, depression, hypothyroidism, polyarticular arthralgias without rheumatoid/autoimmune evidence, hypertension, obesity, and tobacco addiction. Recently she has also been treated for injuries incurred from a motor vehicle accident. She has seen pain specialists, rheumatologists, internal medicine specialists, psychiatrists, osteopaths, and psychologists.
